Hungry in the afternoon, so I cooked fried bee hoon. Every time I cook bee hoon, I just throw the ingredient, no specific measurement. I just cooked blend chilly with hot oil first then add some oyster sauce, black soy sauce, and add some sugar and salt. Then I add in seafood. But the best one if you put meat. I think the sauce taste better if you put meat. Sweeter to the bee hoon. For vegetables either I use chinese mustard or bean sprouts. For accessories, you can sprinkle omelette and cut chillies.
